Hear your night.
Keep it to yourself.
SnoreTracker is a private, fully offline snore tracker for iPhone. Put the phone on the charger, start recording, lock the screen. In the morning you get a Snore Score, a timeline you can listen back through, and a calendar of every tracked night. Everything happens on the phone.

Illustrative numbers. Every figure the app shows is an estimate from a bedside microphone.
Record. Listen. Score.
All-night recording
Records the whole night as compressed audio with the screen locked and the phone in flight mode. Survives the morning alarm and other interruptions, and picks up again on its own.
On-device snore detection
Apple's built-in on-device sound classifier listens for snoring all night. No model download, no server, no network. Because a trained classifier makes the call rather than a volume threshold, coughs, traffic and a partner talking are not counted.
Nightly Snore Score
Each night gets a score from 0 to 100 built from time spent snoring, loudness and the number of episodes. Quiet, Light, Moderate, Heavy, Severe. The formula is explained in the app's FAQ.
Full playback and timeline
Scrub the entire night, tap the timeline to jump anywhere, skip in 15-second steps, change speed, and jump straight to each detected episode. Re-label an episode that was not snoring; the score updates on the spot.
Breathing-pause analysis
On demand, the app scans a night's audio for quiet gaps between audible breathing and lets you listen to each one, starting a few seconds early. Reported per hour of recording, not as an AHI, and clearly marked as an acoustic estimate.
Apple Health, both ways
Optionally saves each night to Apple Health as an in-bed sleep record, and imports what other sources measured while you slept: Apple Watch sleep stages, heart rate, HRV, respiratory rate and blood oxygen, plus that day's steps, exercise and workouts.
Clinician Report and STOP-BANG
A five-page PDF of your last 30 nights for a doctor or sleep clinic, built entirely on the phone, with the STOP-BANG questionnaire answered by you and never pre-filled from recordings. Information for a clinician, not a diagnosis.
Mood, tags, trims and CSV export
Rate the night, tag what was different (alcohol, late meal, exercise, side sleeping, nasal strip), trim a night without touching the audio, and export every night as CSV. The Stats tab compares nights with and without each tag.
Private by construction.
There is no account to create and no server to talk to. Recording, snore classification, scoring and breathing analysis all run on the device, and the recommended setup is the phone in flight mode.

SnoreTracker is a wellness app, not a medical device, and it has not been evaluated or cleared by any medical-device regulator. It records sound from a bedside iPhone microphone and reports what it heard. It cannot measure airflow, breathing effort or blood oxygen; it does not detect or exclude sleep apnea or any other condition; and it does not diagnose anything. All results are estimates. Talk to a clinician about anything that worries you, and before changing medication or treatment.
In private beta.
SnoreTracker is being tested with a small group ahead of an App Store release. It requires an iPhone running iOS 17 or later and works best on the charger, since a full night is about eight hours of recording.

- Flight mode on, phone on the charger. Within arm's reach, not on the mattress, microphone toward you.
- Open SnoreTracker and tap Start Recording. Then lock the screen. Recording and snore detection run all night.
- In the morning, tap Stop & Save. Rate the night, add tags if you like. The score, timeline and playback appear immediately.
- Listen, compare, delete. A night is roughly 150–200 MB. Delete old nights once you have listened; export first if you want to keep one.
